AMOREM seeks an RN Care Coordinator to devote time to high quality end-of-life bedside care and to coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You will leverage technology to enhance patient care, educate patients and families, and maximize hospice skills while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership and continuous professional development within a supportive environment, with benefits and advancement opportunities across the organization.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted nursing license.
• RN degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• Willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• CPR certification up to date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality end-of-life care education to patients and families.
• Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Leverage technology to improve patient outcomes.
• Support patients/families with compassionate communication.
• Manage on-call scheduling and flexible shifts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless care.
• Promote hospice philosophy and patient-centered care.

Requirements

What you bring to AMOREM:

• Current, unrestricted nursing license
• Completed degree as RN (ADN, BSN, MSN)
• Willingness to take on new challenges and desire for professional growth
• Hospice and palliative medicine experience preferred
• Up to date CPR certification
