Senior Helpers Southern Maryland, a locally owned and operated franchise of the nationally recognized Senior Helpers home care company, is looking for a compassionate, motivated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our mission of providing premium care to seniors in our community.

Accokeek, Brandywine, Cheltenham, Clinton, District Heights, Ft. Washington, La Plata, Oxon Hill, Suitland, Temple Hills, Waldorf, and White Plains.
What You'll Do
As a PRN RN, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care through:
Performing client intake assessments and regular reassessments
Developing, updating, and monitoring personalized care plans
Supporting the care management of all clients and caregivers
Collaborating with our team to improve care procedures
Mentoring and training caregivers to maintain excellent standards
Promoting client safety and responding promptly to any concerns
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation for all client interactions
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable supervising caregivers and providing guidance
Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently
A strong communicator with clients, families, and staff
Focused on client dignity, rights, and safety at all times
Qualifications
Current RN license in Maryland or compact state
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred (but new grads with a passion for home care are welcome!)
Must be able to maintain required CEUs
Must be able to travel to client homes within service areas
Committed to upholding high standards of confidentiality and ethics
