Sentara Home Care Charlottesville is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an RN.

Position Details

Full Time - Day Shift

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range: $33.60 - $55 per hour. $16,000 sign‑on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations.
• Manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
• Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (required).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license, active in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (required).
• Previous home care experience (preferred).
