Job summary

SMA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and other facility settings in Florida. You will perform health assessments, administer medications, and support patients and families through the care process.

Responsibilities include documenting in the EMR, coordinating labs and referrals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic health and recovery.

Qualifications

RN in Florida with active license.
Experience in primary care, mental health and/or substance abuse preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to clients in accordance with agency guidelines.
Perform initial and ongoing health assessments; identify barriers to accessing care.
Administer medications and document results; take vital signs.
Monitor health status changes after medications or health events.
Communicate with clients, peers, professionals, and community agencies regarding needs.
Document client care in SMA's EMR per policy.
Arrange and coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-ups.
