AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time day-shift role. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license with Florida board eligibility or active license
• BLS CPR certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate Windows-based programs
• Ability to assess patient needs and revise care plans as outcomes evolve

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate adequacy.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, meds, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
