Job summary

Henry Ford Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. The role uses evidence-based practice and standard nursing procedures to guide care for patients and families.

The position offers a 36-hour work week with midnight 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays, accompanied by a full-time benefits package. INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST APPLY WITH INTERNAL PROFILE.

• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
