Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland.
• Current CPR license is required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred or equivalent in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering resident care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Review resident records to ensure nursing practices meet state and federal guidelines.
• Evaluate resident responses to care plans and ensure goals are met.
• Implement physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities.
• Set goals and uphold FutureCare’s nursing facility policies.
