PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Venice in Nokomis, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse. The RN will deliver and supervise patient care, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospitalization needs. ACLS may be required for Charge Nurse duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of residence or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; AHA approved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Educate patients and families for post-hospitalization and community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned (ACLS certification required).
