Qualifications

• Must hold current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and wound care.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned STNAs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
