Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative team setting. The role offers salary ranges of $40–$45 per hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership.

The RN will perform residents assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to improve outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.

Responsibilities
