Job summary

Resolute Baptist Hospital in Texas seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care under minimal supervision. You will assess patients, implement and evaluate care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (or completion within designated periods). Preferred candidates have 2 years of acute care experience and a BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years in acute care preferred, med/surg/telemetry/ICU
• Current Texas State RN license required
• Active BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE required or completed within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and adapt care plans based on initial assessments
• Initiate and evaluate care plans; reassess patient needs continuously
• Administer medications and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Document care plans and patient progress; ensure smooth patient handoffs
• Support education for patients and families and coordinate discharge planning
