Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions possible with >2 yrs acute care.
• BLS certification; other unit-specific Life Support certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety across inpatient units.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in patient safety and quality initiatives and continuous learning.
