Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered with CNO approval.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC RN license required.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Other advance life support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based care across the care continuum.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA scope and standards of professional nursing and ethics.
