Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Ohio is seeking a highly skilled RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary responsibilities include assessing resident needs, administering medications, and performing treatments with a patient-centered approach.

You will monitor vital signs, maintain EMR records, and support families while upholding nursing standards and best practices in a fast-paced setting. Current RN license and CPR certification are required; experience with EMR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
