Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Ohio is seeking a highly skilled RN to join our Healthcare Team. You will assess resident needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and their families in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
Valid CPR certification.
Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems.
Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
