Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients across varied clinical settings. Under provider direction, you will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, reporting to a Practice Manager.

The role requires current CT RN license and CPR certification, with three years’ experience in a medical practice preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software or EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assess physical and psychosocial needs and plan and evaluate patient care.
• Triage calls and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Travel to other regional offices as needed.
