PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise care on the inpatient unit under the Nursing leadership. You will coordinate discharge planning, family teaching, and connect patients with community resources to support recovery.

Required: TX RN license (or compact), current BLS, ACLS within 90 days (ACLS required for Charge Nurses). Prior inpatient med-surg experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (Charge Nurses must have ACLS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the inpatient unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning and education for patients and families.
• Assist with interdisciplinary care planning and resource coordination.
