Lifepoint Health-affiliated Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for geriatric care. This full-time day position offers a commitment bonus up to $20,000 and a chance to make a meaningful impact on community health.

You will provide specialized plan-of-care interventions, support geriatrics residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire
• One year of experience is preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

LTC Unit Details

This unit has 60 beds, with an average occupancy of 50 to 53 residents. We care for patients with diagnoses such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and those in need of short‑term rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on geriatrics. Nurses will collaborate closely with the laboratory, rehabilitation, hospice, and psychiatric teams.
