LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Illinois is seeking a dedicated General Medicine Telemetry Nurse to provide care for medically complex patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with interprofessional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN).
• Active RN license required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.
• Comfort working in safety-sensitive environment.

• Deliver direct patient care within standards of nursing practice.
