Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Telemetry unit in Belleville, IL. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, promoting patient- and family-centered care while educating on illness management.

You will monitor patients with telemetry, develop care plans with the team, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to a safe environment.

Qualifications

• RN license with Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Telemetry experience and BSN degree are highly preferred.
• No prior experience required; leadership experience is not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness.
