Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Night Registered Nurse (RN) for the Dade Correctional Institution located in Florida City, FL. The RN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree, an active RN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and eligibility for a security

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR (CPR certification).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Cover the 12-hour night shifts as part of a full-time schedule.

The full time Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. (3) 12hr Night shifts

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
