$10k Sign on Bonus - Must have 2 years of Med surg, acute experience

As our most acute level of care, our specialty hospitals offer the same critical care patients receive in traditional hospital or ICU, but for an extended recovery period. Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery of chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Developing nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicating changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participating in discharge planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
