Affinity Home Health Care Inc seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool, delivering flexible, high-quality patient care across units including ED, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry and Medical-Surgical (Adults & Peds).

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, upholding patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborating with other departments to coordinate care in alignment with professional standards and our values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and active Missouri RN license or compact license.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on assignment.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool, providing flexible, high-quality patient care across various units including Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical (Adults & Peds).

Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborating with other departments to coordinate care in alignment with professional standards, organizational values, and ethical guidelines.

• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited RN program, active RN license in Missouri or a compact license, with at least 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on assignment.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts.
