Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.

About the Role:
