Job summary

North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Night Shift. Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida
Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN, preferably in rehab or skilled nursing
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) required)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
