Job summary

North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Full Time Night Shift to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
