Qualifications & Certifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license for the state or compact licensure, compliant with licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.
