Mercy Cassville ER seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process, ensuring Mercy Service Standards are met. The RN will handle a caseload across the rural hospitals, delegating appropriately and directing staff in delivery of care. This is a full-time RN position at Mercy Cassville ER with nights, weekends, and holidays; hours are 1030-2300.

Registered Nurse is responsible to use the Nursing Process to meet the needs of patients according to the professional standards of nursing care. Assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy are followed. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the quality of care of a caseload of patients; delegates appropriately and directs staff in the delivery of care. The RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four of the rural hospitals in a pay period. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
