Job summary

Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit. This full-time role features a 72-hour schedule over two weeks, with a primary shift 6:45 PM–7:15 AM and a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts.

The position includes every third weekend and holiday rotations, a $6,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Ohio RN license.
• ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications required.
• Two or more years of hospital critical care and/or emergency department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients and assist in other departments as needed.
• Assess patient needs, plan and coordinate individualized care, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Adhere to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements; promote patient advocacy and safety.
