We have an exciting position with General Surgery! The RN will support 4 MD’s and 2 NP’s. This facility is located in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time, day shift, role with core hours being Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who likes a busy and challenging environment. Work duties include phone triage, message center/in basket and refill work, scheduling, rooming/discharging/stocking and other miscellaneous clinic duties.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

No Weekends! No Holidays!

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
