Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse communities in Watford City, North Dakota. This role requires applying the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and teammates to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, RN license (NLC optional), at least one year of nursing experience and willingness to travel within assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multi-state licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state is required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing individualized nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).


• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.


• Delivering care across all phases - preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.


• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within scope and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.


• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
