Ideal Image is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments across services like laser hair removal, injectables, Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and skin rejuvenation. You will train in protocols, support safety, and educate clients to achieve optimal results.

In this role, you will educate clients, collaborate with the clinic team on sales and scheduling, maintain treatment rooms, and ensure high-quality care while adhering to regulatory standards.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to perform non‑invasive aesthetic services and treatments including but not limited to Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Cool Sculpting, and Skin Rejuvenation. We train our medical professionals to perform all services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, and organizational policies and procedures. Treatment responsibilities may vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Client Care:
  • Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products while performing treatments
  • Evaluate client’s suitability for all treatments and educate on the treatment process including pre‑ and post‑treatment guidelines
  • Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy, supporting continuous top‑notch education and training
  • Annotate thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment records
  • Provide world‑class customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring overall satisfaction while growing and retaining clients
  • Participate in problem solving by providing appropriate service solutions and recovery through critical thinking skills
• Clinic Operations & Sales:
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches
  • Manage and drive sales initiatives and partner with the Clinic Manager to develop strategies to retain clients, improve service, and increase profitability
  • Maintain cleanliness, organize, and prepare treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
  • Participate in day‑to‑day schedules to ensure treatment needs are met through prioritization and accommodation of client needs, including same‑day treatments
  • Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve company goals and personal performance goals
  • Assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in and out clients, and taking payments as needed
  • Travel between clinics as necessary
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state for which the job exists, in good standing
• Proficient computer and tablet skills, including contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.)
• Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and a warm and welcoming bedside manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Demonstrate strong documentation skills, be detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, keep up with a high volume of activity, and adapt to continuous growth and change
• Meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements

Compensation

The approximate pay for this position is $33.00 per hour, with % bonus potential. The pay provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
