LaserAway in Tucson, Arizona is looking for a dedicated RN to join our aesthetic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional treatment outcomes while building lasting patient relationships. You will provide laser and injectable treatments, conduct consultations, and create personalized treatment plans in a high-volume clinic setting.

What You’ll Own

Your patients’ full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day duties include performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You will work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. As we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you will always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg)

Track B — Aesthetics Background

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend availability required
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day.
• Work and train at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $xxK–$xxK annually at full‑time
