Job summary

Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care, develop individualized plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress in our newly established facility.

You will work closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, communicate with patients and families, and contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation program that aims for safe, independent returns home.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia and current CPR certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications, treat wounds, and manage patient symptoms.

As a Registered Nurse at our center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their strength and independence after an illness or surgery.

About the Role
