Methodist Dallas Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for NICU night shifts. You will provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and supervise team members within the unit.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure patient safety and developmentally appropriate care in line with unit standards. Required are a nursing degree and Texas licensure, with BLS certification and at least 1 year of NICU RN experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 1 year RN (NICU) experience.

Job Description

Your Job: Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association)
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
