Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to NICU patients using the nursing process. You will supervise other team members and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to meet unit standards of care.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), hold a Texas license, and maintain BLS certification. NICU experience is required; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• NICU RN experience preferred and required as stated.

Job Description

Your Job: Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association)
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least 1 year RN (NICU) experience
