Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7p–7a night shift in the NICU. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while guiding an assigned team within unit standards of care.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, current Texas RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of NICU RN experience. BSN preferred. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 1 year RN (NICU) experience.

Your Job:

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements:

• Current additional certifications as required by department
