Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (Med/Surg) to deliver high-quality nursing care. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, and supervision of care teammates.

BSN preferred; Texas RN license with BLS required; 2+ years Med/Surg experience encouraged. Night shift with 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Job Description : Your Job: Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least 2 years Med/Surg RN experience
