Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on a demanding unit. You will apply the nursing process, supervise team members, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure age-appropriate care.

Qualifications include BSN preferred, current BLS/ACLS, Texas license, and at least two years of ICU and ER RN experience. Night shift, three days per week, with a 12X3 schedule in the United States.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas

Job Description

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred

• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
