Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in the float pool. You will lead nursing care, using assessment, planning, and evaluation to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include delegating, supervising, and documenting patient care and teaching, and implementing medically prescribed interventions. A current NC RN license and BCLS are required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited RN Program completed and current licensure as a registered nurse.
• Associate degree (2 year college/technical school) preferred.
• Must have and maintain current RN licensure with NC Board of Nursing; compact license may apply; BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to facilitate delivery of professional comfort and well-being of patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching of patients and family.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional comfort and well-being of patients in a facility or home setting. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Accredited RN Program

• Preferred Education: Associate Degree (2 year college or technical school)

• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, license should confirm with NCBON; BCLS

• Preferred License: National Certification in area

• Required Experience: 1 Year

• Preferred Experience: Prior facility or home care experience

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
