Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time day shift in Asheville, NC. The role emphasizes leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation across the patient care team.

Requirements include an Associate's or BSN in Nursing, North Carolina RN licensure (eNLC may apply), BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider

• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
