Provide individualized, age-specific professional care to patients, supporting medical care within an assigned hospital unit. Uphold the philosophy, objectives, mission, and vision of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing. Practice in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, ANA Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements, and other regulatory agencies. Participate in patient teaching, discharge planning, and unit Performance Improvement activities.
