Position Overview:

• Facility: Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center
• Department: 1300 Same Day Surgery
• Location: 94 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association)
• Completion of all Orientation requirements of Saint Barnabas Medical Center

Scheduling:

• Day Shift, 7am - 8pm
• Every other weekend required; schedule may vary

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized age-specific professional care to patients
• Support hospital and nursing department objectives and mission
• Practice according to state and regulatory standards
• Participate in patient teaching, discharge planning, and performance improvement activities
