Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Administer medications and perform minor surgical procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
• Communicate necessary information to nursing staff and healthcare personnel.
