Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking licensed RNs to provide skilled home health services in Michigan. You will support patients after hospital stays, helping them regain independence at home and manage recovery with compassion.

Travel to patient homes, assess needs, and deliver wound care, IV therapies, and medication management with a focus on safety and comfort. Collaborate with physicians and families to coordinate care, monitor outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Driver's license and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification required.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• 1 year home health experience preferred; ER or critical care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments.
• Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies.
• Evaluate home safety and patient needs.
• Support medication and disease management.
• Connect patients with helpful community resources.

Requirements

• Michigan RN License
