Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership with Gundersen Health System, is hiring a Registered Nurse to lead a foot and nail care clinic in La Crosse, WI. The role offers autonomous scheduling, collaboration with podiatrists and other staff, and a focus on comfort, mobility, and independence for patients.

Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., no weekends or on-call duties, and opportunities for certification support and professional growth through mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Wisconsin RN licensure required; ability to obtain MN/Iowa licensure within 3 months of hire.
• BLS for Health Care Providers certification required; training through AHA/Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent nurse-led clinic schedule for nail and foot care.
• Document thoroughly and support appropriate billing.
• Room patients independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with podiatrists, APPs, physicians, and clinic staff.
• Support outreach at regional clinics when scheduled.
