Research Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Super Float Pool to support multiple hospital units, providing critical nursing care across assignments. You will move between departments, applying extensive clinical knowledge and composure under pressure.

The role offers exposure to diverse areas of the hospital, with opportunities to contribute to team-based care and process improvements initiated by leadership.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse credential required.
• 5 years nursing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Float pool nurses move from assignment to assignment, supporting various units within the hospital.
• Provide high-level critical thinking and maintain calm under pressure.
• Learn many different areas of the hospital and adapt to changing needs.
