Job summary

Research Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Super Float Pool to join our team. As a float pool nurse, you will move between assignments, supporting multiple hospital units with your broad clinical knowledge and calm performance under pressure.

You will work closely with engaged staff and leadership to identify process improvements and deliver high-quality patient care across diverse areas of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 5 years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Float pool nurses support various units within the hospital, moving between assignments.
• Demonstrate high-level critical thinking and remain calm under pressure.
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure safe, quality patient care.
