Job summary

Oviedo Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse Float Pool PRN RN to join our team. You will float between units, collaborate with colleagues, and advocate for patients and families while delivering high-quality care.

The role requires Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and ICU or step-down experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license.
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start.
• 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current ACLS; required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

What will you do in this role:

Job Requirements:
