Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years, delivering integrated care with community providers and partners. We are seeking an experienced Float Pool Registered Nurse - Pediatric Emergency & Adult Emergency (Full Time) to support both EDs.

The ideal candidate brings clinical versatility and critical thinking to deliver compassionate care across diverse patient populations in a fast-paced setting.

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years, integrating clinical care with existing community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC's), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. This integrated delivery system is a robust network of care for all District residents, but more importantly, it ensures that residents of Wards 7 and 8 have access to high quality care in their community.

This full-service hospital includes 136 beds (with the ability to expand to 184 beds), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services, a 500-car garage, and a helipad for emergency transport.

We are seeking an experienced Float Pool Registered Nurse - Pediatric Emergency & Adult Emergency (Full Time)

Our ideal candidate will support both the Adult Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department. This role requires clinical versatility, strong critical thinking, and the ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse patient populations—from infants to adults, in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate is confident in emergency care, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about delivering compassionate care to both adult and pediatric patients.

Job Requirements

• DC RN License required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of Emergency Department experience, including exposure to both adult and pediatric populations
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• TNCC and/or ENPC preferred
